About Plains Indian PotteryThe Blackfeet artist Earl Livermore lives in Seattle, Washington. He is one of the few Plains Indian artist of today who creates pottery. Even traditionally there are only rare finds of pottery. The nomadic plains tribes prefered storage containers out of raw hide (par fleches) because they were unbreakable. |
