Mission Statement

The mission of the Lodgepole Gallery & Tipi Village is to cultivate Blackfoot culture and to show its beauty to the world by providing overnight accommodations in tipis (traditional dwelling), exhibiting Native American art featuring traditional and contemporary fine works from Plains Indians.

Since its inception in 1993 the Lodgepole Gallery & Tipi Village has hosted many people from throughout the world camping in its permanent tipi village during summers from May until September among the most unique lodging experiences in the whole state of Montana. It is the only one of its kind showcasing kunst or art in our gallery featuring artists of the Blackfeet and other Native American tribes. Overnight and extended accommodations are available in a Blackfeet Indian camp on pristine prairie. Historical tours, seminars on Blackfoot art and Native American Culture along with other activities such as horseback riding can be arranged.

The Lodgepole Gallery & Tipi Village is located 2 1/4 miles west of Browning, Montana on US 89; 15 minutes from Glacier National Park.
