Mission Statement
The mission of the Lodgepole Gallery & Tipi Village is to cultivate Blackfoot culture and to show its beauty to the world by providing overnight stays in tipis (traditional dwelling), serving traditional food, exhibiting Northern Plains Indian contemporary and traditional fine art and raising Spanish Mustangs (original Indian horse).
In its eleventh year of operation, the LodgepoleGallery & TipiVillage has hosted many people from throughout the world in its permanent tipicamp during summers from May until September, which makes it unique in the whole state of Montana. It is the only one of its kind. Overnight and extended stays in traditional Blackfeet Indian camp in a pristine prairie setting are offered. Traditional and gourmet meals, historical tours, seminars on Blackfoot art and various other activities such as horseback riding and hikes with a Blackfeet guide can be arranged.
The LodgepoleGallery & TipiVillage is located 2 1/4 miles west of Browning, Montana on US 89; 15 minutes from Glacier National Park.
